Strategise the roles & responsibilities of shorter-term volunteers (on-the-day of the event, up to a few weeks prior) with the core team
Manage recruitment publicity in coordination with promotion team
Manage recruitment drive, interview and assign volunteers to roles
Track the resource allocation of volunteers with workloads as identified by other teams (both pre-event preparation and on-the-day of the event)
Point of contact for volunteers
Preferred Qualifications
Good communication and rapport
Experience to recruit volunteers for projects
Work Model
This opportunity can be done online / remote.
Tier 1: All In
Take it through from now to the event close: 6 - 10 hrs per week from now to Oct 2025.
Tier 2: Sprint
Structured for you to help out, in chunks of one or more 6-week sprints. Roughly 4 - 6 hours per week for 6-weeks. We'll have you "take credit" for tangible deliverables.
Tier 3: Event
4 - 10 hrs the week before or on the event day itself.
