Roles and Responsibilities
Strategise how to provide sufficient food and beverages (F&B) for 3000+ attendees
Plan the payment and food voucher redemption strategy
Analyse past event data to gauge target food quantity allocation
Work with event planner and food vendors to serve food/snacks to attendees without onsite kitchen
Work out method to minimise food wastage and post event leftover
Collaborate with event planner and volunteer coordinator to manage food-related traffic
Identify metrics to optimise food budget
Preferred Qualifications
Prior and/or current experience with food preparations and operations
Creative problem solver
Able to communicate food operation subject matter to layman
Experience to recruit volunteers for projects
Project management experience
Work Model
This opportunity can be done online / remote.
Tier 1: All In
Take it through from now to the next event: 2-4 hrs per week till the event.
Tier 3: Event
2-3 hrs the week before or on the event day itself.
