Roles

More all-encompassing than specific, the lead coordinator assists SingaporeConnect's leadership in managing and organising all aspects of the screening. The bulk of the heavy lifting has been done; what we're looking for are to help pick up these range of roles, which can be at a mutual discussion and your preference, to include:

• Assist SingaporeConnect leadership in the joint work with partners Eight Parables and Kampong Collective
• Accompany the Dream Stall Film team (filmmaker/director/actress Annette Lee and her business manager and husband, Raphael) on their meet-and-greet
• Assist in arrangements with the food vendor (Dabao Singapore owner Emily Lim and her team) for the SF location mixer and auxiliary events
• Assist in arrangements with the Kampong Collective team on related activities around the event
• Assist in marketing and publicity of the event, including news media coordination
• Assist in volunteer recruitment and coordination with Eight Parables
• Assist in VIP guest Coordination for SingaporeConnect
• Assist in Donor and Sponsorship Management for SingaporeConnect
• Assist in Registration and Check-in Coordination with Eight Parables

You do not have to do it all! This is just an example of the roles that you could expand to take on. The more you do, the more you'll get out of this opportunity!

Travel and Location

Most of the roles can be done remotely but from the moment Annette and Raphael touchdown at SFO, we'll need help to meet-and-greet and work with them on the itinerary through the three cities, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Seattle. We are looking for coordinators in all three venues. You can support one or more of the venues.

Travel reimbursement is available and can be discussed (between your home and the main venue in each locale, not say between San Francisco and each of the cities).

No formal qualifications, but do list your experiences or interests, if you think are relevant.
