Annachi Kadai brings the vibrant flavors of Singaporean South Indian cuisine to the festival. Nusa SF brings a taste of authentic Southeast Asian artistry to the Singapore Festival 2025. MYSelera Bistro brings authentic Malaysian street food to the Singapore Festival 2025! Founded by Penang-born Jai Kandayah, we specialize in homestyle dishes like Nasi Lemak, using halal ingredients and fresh local produce. Experience the taste of Malaysia right here in the Bay Area. 

MahaCo Dosa serves a Singaporean spin on the traditional dosa, reimagined for the global foodie. Crafted from a light, naturally fermented batter and infused with bold spices, our creations are a celebration of flavor. Shiok Kitchen brings over 20 years of award-winning Singaporean culinary excellence to the Singapore Festival 2025.
